Course Overview

Silvercore Advanced Training Systems provides a unique system for the CFSC and CRFSC course. Many training companies provide a separate course for the non-restricted and restricted portions of the curriculum hiding the total cost for a full firearms licence.

Silvercore has been offering the Canadian Firearms Safety Course and Restricted Firearms Safety Course since 1994 and is responsible for training many of the active instructors in BC. When only the best will do, professionals choose Silvercore. Silvercore instructors are members of the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors and hold current certifications through active police agencies.

Silvercore combines the two courses into a single event, ensuring maximum exposure to both. You will not find better value for your money in the firearms training industry.

Anyone over the age of 16 who takes a course with Silvercore which either enables them to work or improves their skills in a recognized occupation may be eligible to claim their course fees under the education and textbook tax credits. Care of restricted and non-restricted firearms

Responsibilities of the firearms owner/user
Upon successful completion of this course you will have met the training requirements to apply for your Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) formally known as a Firearms Acquisition License (FAC)
